Absolutely horrendous experience. This place is the definition of a poorly run automotive shop. The level of incompetence, laziness, and complete lack of professionalism was unbelievable. The customer service was awful, communication was practically nonexistent, and the whole experience felt like they simply could not be bothered to do their job properly. There was no sense of urgency, no accountability, and apparently very little concern for whether the customer leaves satisfied. If you value your time, money, and sanity, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. There are plenty of automotive shops that actually take pride in their work and understand how to treat customers. Unfortunately, this place clearly isn’t one of them. I would not recommend this shop to anyone. One of the most frustrating automotive experiences I’ve ever had, and I will absolutely never be coming back.

My tire got real wonky on my way to work. I pulled over, called the closest auto shops. McKnight Auto was open early, answered the phone quickly, and told me to bring my car right in. My car hobbled the last mile to the shop. Brandon was kind and straightforward and put me at ease in a stressful situation. Just a good vibe in there. He diagnosed the tire issue and was able to knock out a couple other small services I needed all in the same day. Picked it up before closing! Kind humans, good prices, convenient location…looking forward to going back.

There’s a reason this place only has 4 and 5 star reviews for the past 5 years! We have been here a few times for inspections over the years, as well as needing repairs for bearings, brakes and rotors. They are ALWAYS so kind and courteous, and their pricing is always reasonable. I would trust sending anyone to them for work, and we definitely will return anytime we might need them in the future. A little hard to find, but most of the best places in life are that way

Took my son's 2012 Nissan and after visiting another local mechanic on Babcock Blvd and was quoted 1500. Rich was able to get us in the VERY next day and was able to repair the part and NOT replace saving us basically HALF!!! Very honest and was NOT trying to make a quick buck!!! Will be using them for all of our vehicles.
